This clinic presents in-depth knowledge on rock climbing anchors and rock protection (i.e. nuts & cams). The goal of this course is to provide students with an ample tool-set to place protection and build anchors safely and efficiently.
Concepts like equalization and redundancy are reviewed and several anchor set-ups are presented, allowing plenty of time for practicing after every lesson. Additionally, we touch on rappelling set-ups and cleaning anchors.
