BIPOC Affinity Climbing Program

As a BIPOC led organization we are committed to increasing the representation of Black, Indigenous and People of Color in the climbing community. This means making climbing opportunities more accessible.

Following this commitment we have made scholarships available for the BIPOC community. 

Everybody Climbs, along with our partner organizations, will be providing scholarships to support our students. Scholarships apply for every clinic, whether or not they are for an affinity event or a general clinic open to all demographics. Scholarships also apply to BIPOC individuals seeking to hire a private guide.  (Apply to our scholarship program)

• Volunteering: We welcome volunteers on clinics that we deem appropriate. Reach out to us if you are interested. 

• Apprenticeship program: Professionalizing our community is one of our key goals. It is imperative to improve representation in the professional field of the outdoor industry and to provide our students with high standards of safety and education. For this reason in 2023 we will be starting the EC BIPOC apprenticeship program with the goal of supporting individuals that want to become professional climbing instructors.
